In this article，we construct a index system of economic development and a index system of society development，and we use principal analysis method to construct the index of economic development and society development respectively. Based on the index，we propose the coordinated development model to evaluate the development of economy and society. The results of year 2016 indicate that the coordination degree relatively large in Western-China，regional difference is obvious，the coordination degree is low in general，and society development is lower than economic development on average.
