In year 2007，violent weather frequently happened in China.Several regions suffered from violent weather that broke historical records，which brought great threat to people’s life and safety of estate.With the global climate getting warmer，there is big possibility that the frequency of violent weather，such as heavy storm，high temperature，drought and strong typhoon will increase.Thus，an important issue we are going to face is our capacity to prevent and to deal with them.violent weather disasters.
