Restricting policies have been imposed to Chinese Real Estate Industry intending to minimize the risk of a housing bubble，since 30th Sep，2016. As the restrictions have been tightened over the coming year，the Real Estate Industry is struggling to adapt the changing market. To understand the industry better，JIC Trust designed and conducted the JIC Trust Housing Confidence Index（HCI），through face to face interviews quarterly between our Post-Doctoral Center and executives from 30 representative Real Estate Companies. HCI is based on data of industry polices，investment，construction，sale and financing，which reflect the prosperity of the industry，providing useful information and analysis for Real estate companies as well as financial companies.
