地产行业自2016年9月30日开始新一轮调控以来,在政策与市场的双向作用下,行业竞争格局呈现进一步分化,地产公司也在不断调整自身战略以适应急速变化的环境。中建投信托博士后工作站从2016年四季度起,携手30家具有代表性的地产公司发布《建投信托地产信心指数(HCI)》及系列行业报告。通过面对面访谈,HCI捕捉地产公司总部高管对未来3~6个月地产政策、投资策略、开工计划、销售情况以及融资形势等方面的预判,将获取的信息经过精密设计形成发散性指数和分析报告,以期实现同行信息之交换、行业前景之展望,并为地产行业各相关方提供分析参考。本文选取2016年四季度到2017年末的5期HCI数据进行回顾和纵向分析,以供读者们参考。
<<Restricting policies have been imposed to Chinese Real Estate Industry intending to minimize the risk of a housing bubble,since 30th Sep,2016. As the restrictions have been tightened over the coming year,the Real Estate Industry is struggling to adapt the changing market. To understand the industry better,JIC Trust designed and conducted the JIC Trust Housing Confidence Index(HCI),through face to face interviews quarterly between our Post-Doctoral Center and executives from 30 representative Real Estate Companies. HCI is based on data of industry polices,investment,construction,sale and financing,which reflect the prosperity of the industry,providing useful information and analysis for Real estate companies as well as financial companies.
