2017年信托从业人员突破2万人。人员整体仍体现为扩张,增速低位上行,各信托公司人员政策分化较大,员工集中度降低。整体来看,从业人员以30~39岁为主,硕博学历员工占比过半,中后台人员比例稳步上升,体现信托公司人才结构不断优化。从人员发展与公司业绩表现来看,人均规模实现再增长,人均收入指标基本持平,而人均利润下降明显,转型升级找到新方向的信托公司整体发展向好。人员扩张为经营增长带来的边际效应递减,未来信托公司需要勤练“内功”,向管理和创新要效率。
<<In 2017,the personnel of trust industry broke through 20000. The whole amount of employee is still expanding and the growth rate is low. The policy differentiation of the trust companies is larger and the concentration of employees is reduced. The majority of employees are 30-39 years old,Masters and Doctors,and the proportion of the backstage personnel has risen steadily,reflecting the continuous optimization of the talent structure. With the growth of per capita scale,per capita income index is basically flat,while per capita profit decreased a lot.
