In 2007，followed by the representative issues as Taihu Lake blue algae incident and weather disasters，the continuing outbreak of China’s environmental crisis shows that environmental pollution has reached a dangerous point.While the “energy-saving and emission-reduction” has achieved initial success，pollutants emission fell for the first time，showing a turn for the better.Xiamen “PX project” incident and Beijing “Liulitun incident”，as well as China’s civil society’s action to cope with global climate changes，which all show that public participation is developing in depth.China is working hard to build “ecological civilization”.
