According to the main medias related reports，the public's attention，and thinking about the advises of the experts of colleges and universities of Henan，Henan Academy of Social Sciences Research Group elects the top 10 legal events of Henan in 2017. These ten legal events cover a lot of legal branches，such as the civil law，the criminal law，the administrative law etc. involving notarization structural reform，anti-corruption，environmental nonprofit litigation，the family trial，local legislation，breaking difficulty of enforcement and so on. Through the analysis of the top 10 legal events，we want to promote the positive energy，to guide people believe in the rule of law. so as to give some reference to promote the rule of law.
