防范地方金融风险，就是让金融回归实体经济，回归到金融本身健康性的认知。本文探讨了地方金融风险的表现形式，介绍了我国防范地方金融风险的基本做法，分析了当前防范机制运作中存在问题，在借鉴国际经验基础上，尝试性提出了关于完善我国地方金融风险防范法律机制的一些建议。
<<To prevent local financial risks is to make finance return to the real economy and return to the cognition of financial health.This paper preliminarily discusses the manifestations of local financial risks，introduces the basic practice of preventing local financial risks in our country，and analyses the existing problems in the operation of the current prevention mechanism. Some suggestions are put forward to improve the legal mechanism of local financial risk prevention on the basis of international experience.
