On the basis of combing the performance of financial institutions，Internet Finance and civil finance chaos，the thseis analaze main problems such as incomplete regulatory rules，imperfect supervision mechanism and inadequate accountability for supervision. We should introduce relevant laws and regulations，improve the effectiveness of supervision and overall coordination，establish a penetrating supervision mechanism，strictly enforce laws，and strengthen supervision and accountability. By improving the rule of law and establishing a long-term mechanism，it should cure the financial chaos from the source and promote the steady and orderly development of the financial industry.
