Over the years，Henan province intensively carried out the connection of suit and mediation in financial field，built industry-wide platform for the resolution of fiance disputes，and cultivated the societal channels of financial mediation. This structure of financial mediation plays an important role in resolving financial disputes and safeguarding the rights of financial consumers. In the new stage of deepening the reform，financial mediation in Henan still faces the problems such as imperfect development strategy，lack of independence and improper convergence. In order to solve these problems，we must close to dispute reality and public practical demands，formulate development strategy of financial mediation，and strive to enhance the independence of financial mediation institutions，initiate the setting of third-party financial mediation organization，meanwhile，rationally collocate multiple types of mediation mode，promote the effective link-up of diversified financial mediation way.
