The working population is an important participant and promoters for regional development. The offering of convenient，consistent and high-quality public services to the working population is of great significance to optimize the regional development environment and enhance the sub-district’s capability to provide services to the region. To this end，the research team performed the first public service survey among the working population under jurisdiction in January 2015，and once again initiated a questionnaire survey on the supply，involvement and acquisition of public services in Baizhifang Sub-district among the corporate working population. This report analyzes awareness of service institution，involvement in community service，regional life facilitation，satisfaction with community-level basic public service and demand for community-level public service. Then，we have performed a longitudinal comparison of the survey results，reached overall conclusions and provided concrete suggestions relating to existing problems.
