Telemedicine has certain significance for alleviating the structural imbalance of medical resources in our country and the problem of unequal distribution of quality resources. With the development and coverage of China’s information and communication technologies，telemedicine is developing. However，there are problems such as the need to improve the standardization system in the development of telemedicine. On the basis of discussing the dynamic changes of telemedicine concepts，this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the development and application status of telemedicine in China from the five dimensions of telemedicine standardization system，laws and regulations，service pricing system，and the inclusion of medical insurance payment and marketization practices. Proposing relevant feasibility on the future development trend of telemedicine services.
