本文从描述性分析以及DEA方法两个角度综合考虑不同所有制企业技术创新资源配置效率问题。经过研究得出：国有企业、集体企业和混合所有制企业技术创新资源配置有效性较好，但是其投入产出比较低；民营企业和港澳台地区投资企业技术创新资源配置有效性较差，但是其投入产出比较高；外商投资企业技术创新资源配置有效性较好，投入产出比也较高。
<<With integrated considerations of description analysis and DEA model，this article considers technological innovation resources allocation in companies of different types of ownership. It concludes as follows，the efficiency of technological innovation resources allocation in state-owned/collective and mixed ownership companies are comparatively well，but poor in its input-and-output proportion；the efficiency of resources allocation in foreign-owned companies is pretty good，so does the input-and-output proportion.
