通过访谈、信度和效度分析、平均值检验分析、单因子方差分析、多因子方差分析、因子提取和多元回归分析,对中国星级酒店独生子女员工的调查研究表明:独生子女员工工作满意度变项不具有很满意条件,独生子女员工部分个人变项对工作满意度有显著影响,多数工作绩效变项对独生子女员工工作满意度有显著影响,独生与非独生子女员工工作满意度比较没有显著差异。独生子女员工工作满意度问题应引起高度关注,现代酒店企业应从独生子女员工工作满意度视角改善管理制度及激励体系,新一代员工更需要“内在因子”激励、工作绩效激励,对独生子女员工需要全面、客观、辩证地认识和对待。
<<Through interviews,reliability and validity analysis,mean value test analysis,single factor variance analysis,multiple factor variance analysis,factor extraction and multiple regression analysis,the research on the single-child employees of star rated hotels shows that job satisfaction variable does not have a satisfactory condition. Part of individual variables of staff job satisfaction has a significant impact and most of the work performance has a significant impact on the one-child employees’ job satisfaction. There is no significant difference between singleton and non singleton employees’ job satisfaction. Single-child employeess’ job satisfaction should cause a high degree concern. Modern hotel enterprises should improve the management system and incentive system from the perspective of employee satisfaction. The new generation of employees need more “intrinsic factor” incentive and work performance incentive,and they need to be understood and treated comprehensively,objectively and dialectically.
