翻转课堂是教育信息化的产物,从美国兴起,逐渐在世界范围内推广,引起了教育界的广泛关注。纵观翻转课堂在中国教学中的实际应用,需要考察、研究其在英语专业教学中的实际效果,从而在与传统教学模式的比较中发掘并运用其优势,发现运用中的问题,改善教学。翻转课堂的定义和理论本质、兴起和实践中的发展,需要加以综合审视。翻转课堂在英语专业教学中的应用存在新的问题和挑战,需要不断总结和探讨。翻转课堂需要针对英语专业教学中的瓶颈和局限,结合实际而创造性地应用。
<<Originating in America and being spread to the whole world,Flipped classroom,the product of educational informatization,has drawn a great concern of the educators. By taking the application of flipped classroom model to domestic practical teaching into account,studies of its effect on major English teaching are far from enough. Therefore,the study firstly gives the definition,theoretical basis,origin and development of flipped classroom. Besides,it analyzes the problems current major English teaching needs to solve. Moreover,with the illustration of a detailed teaching practice,it elaborates the creative application of flipped classroom model in English major,aiming to prove the feasibility of this new teaching method. More importantly,this study offers a teaching feedback to raise the challenges confronting this innovative model,which has a referential value for future teaching.
