The construction of the identity of ideological and political education in colleges and universities in our country is based on the general logical framework of the identity of the core values of socialism which seeks for identity and consensus in the diversity of a pluralistic society. The cognition of ideological and political education is the logical starting point of the construction. The relationship of satisfying and being satisfied between the subject and the object is the logical basis of the construction. The practice identification of ideological and political education is the logical fulcrum of the construction. Establishing national identification and value identification which includes political identification，national identification and cultural identification are the logical destination of its construction. Reaching “overlapping consensus” and exerting the “expectation effect” are the logical path of the construction.
