As a new proposition in the new era，“China ruling of Law” has its own connotation，which，at the same time，requests more emphasis on practice，humanistic accomplishment and the cultivation of compound and international legal talents. Current legal education is faced with the problems of unscientific teaching system，disconnection with the legal profession and unreasonable goals setting of different levels of legal education，etc. In order to effectively adapt to the goal of “China ruling of Law”，legal education should optimize teaching system，meet the needs of legal profession，set teaching goals of different levels scientifically and face the world with international mindedness.
