The Academic Degree and Graduate Education Development Center of the Ministry of Education announced the results of the fourth round of China Discipline Ranking on December 28，2017，and interpreted this evaluation in various aspects. And the published index system has important research value. This article classifies the index systems used by third-party assessment that are influential home and abroad，and compares them with the index system used in the fourth round of discipline ranking to provide reference for “Double Top” evaluation in the near future.
