Poland is a potential regional power in central Europe and actively participates in regional international affairs .Poland is a larger participant of the Belt and Road Initiative and the “China-CEEC” cooperation mechanism. Poland also put forward some new initiatives.This article discusses the importance of the strategic partnership between Poland and China，briefly analyzes the important geopolitical location of Poland，and then examines the current regional cooperation concepts and initiatives from a historical perspective. This article analyizes Poland's economic situation and investment environment，the impact of its domestic social and economic conditions on its foreign policy，particularly the importance of Poland's EU membership on the relationship between Poland and China. This article believes that Poland is not only a gateway for the Belt and Road to Western Europe，but also an important experimental field for the construction of Belt and Road Initiative.
