The economic and trade cooperation between Northeast China and Russia has naturally geopolitical advantage.Over the past few years，the economic and trade cooperation between the four northeastern provinces and Russia has developed rapidly.The trade volume account about 30% of China-Russia trade turnover. In particular，Heilongjiang accounted for 1/4 of China's trade with Russia at the same period. However，there are still many problems in regional transboundry trade with Russia，such as trade volume or the trade structure.To coordinate with the implementation of the Belt and Road Initiative，the provinces of Northeast China need to seize the strategy coordination between China and Russia and improve the quality of regional transboundry trade with Russia，which is an important task for Northeast provinces.
