The urbanization of Henan has entered a new stage of high speed growth and high quality development. The high quality development of the city has put forward higher requirements for the fine management of the city. This paper expounds the significance of improving the level of urban fine management in Henan and analyzes the outstanding problems in the promotion of urban management in the new urbanization project. On this basis，it puts forward the relevant countermeasures for further upgrading the level of fine management in Henan.
