In recent years，in the context of social innovation management，social work in Henan government to promote，advocate and scholar of civil forces to participate actively explore，innovative development，social work career in various fields around the bright scene，presenting a comprehensive and in-depth development of good posture，but there are some problems in the rapid development.According to the development needs of social work and social work development problems，we need to be improved and perfected in the following areas in order to further promote the development of social work career in Henan Province：First，at the governmental level，we should strengthen the building of a social work system and improve the mechanism for the development of social work. We should better integrate social work with social governance，civil affairs work and other industries.Secondly，at the talent level，we should strengthen the contingent of social workers and improve the specialization and professionalization of social work.Thirdly，at the institutional level，cultivate and develop social work service agencies，improve the quality of social work services and enhance the hematopoietic capacity of social work service agencies.
