    河南民办教育转型发展分析报告

    摘要

    客观上由于国家政策导向提供了顶层设计,河南民办教育具备了转型发展的外部条件,但更重要的是经过30多年的发展,河南民办教育已经初具规模,具备了转型发展的内生动力。主动适应经济社会发展的需求,真正实现教育的自身价值,是河南民办教育清醒的理性选择。探索中的转型发展为河南民办教育注入了新的生机和活力。

    Abstract

    The transformation of private education should be a continuous dynamic process. Its current task is mainly focused on the transformation from scale expansion to connotation development,thus improving the quality of talents cultivation and realizing the healthy development of the school. The transitional development of private education in Henan province could be contributed to two essential elements. On one hand,the top-level design of national policy guidance provided the external conditions. On the other hand,after 30 years of development,private education has begun to take shape,which generated important internal dynamics. It is the rational choice for Henan private education to actively adapt to the demands of economic and social development and realize the value of education. The exploration of transitional development has also injected new vigor and vitality into the private education in Henan province.
