The transformation of private education should be a continuous dynamic process. Its current task is mainly focused on the transformation from scale expansion to connotation development，thus improving the quality of talents cultivation and realizing the healthy development of the school. The transitional development of private education in Henan province could be contributed to two essential elements. On one hand，the top-level design of national policy guidance provided the external conditions. On the other hand，after 30 years of development，private education has begun to take shape，which generated important internal dynamics. It is the rational choice for Henan private education to actively adapt to the demands of economic and social development and realize the value of education. The exploration of transitional development has also injected new vigor and vitality into the private education in Henan province.
