The problem of “old floating people” is an important part of the construction of the people's livelihood that can not be ignored，and it is also an outstanding performance in the transition of the aging society. The study found that there are a lot of “old floating people” in Henan province，and they are faced with many problems in social integration. This paper discusses the manifestation and causes of the “old floating people” social integration dilemma，and analyzes the status quo of their living in different places，the main obstacles，and the search for ways to improve the “old floating people's life” to promote the integration of the “old people's quality of life”，and help them adapt to life in different places，enhance their sense of existence，happiness and satisfaction，thus maintaining the stability and harmony of the family and society.
