The country is based on the people，and the people take food as the heaven. Food safety concerns millions of households and it is related to social stability and long-term stability of the country. China has done a lot of exploration and practice in food safety construction since the 1980s. With the development of the times，food safety issues have become more and more complex and arduous. Under the background of the overall good food safety situation，New problems are constantly emerging. This article takes the 2017 year of Henan Province food safety as the research object，through the investigation and statistics，collects the data，analyzes this year the Henan province food safety trend good situation. Combining real-world online ordering，food rumors，and the construction of “Internet+ Mingchu Bright Kitchen” in Henan province，analyze the new problems facing food safety in Henan Province and put forward policy recommendations.
