The coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is an important historical opportunity for Hebei province’s future development. This paper summarizes the characteristics and problems of regional economic and urban development in Hebei province.

Based on the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，based on the development orientation and spatial layout of Hebei province that is planned in the coordinated development strategy of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. It focuses on four aspects：the integration development of the beijing-tianjin-hebei region，the upgrading of provincial capitals，the rise of coastal cities，and the construction of a sustainable spatial development pattern. This paper expounds the guiding measures of spatial development strategy of Hebei province.
