法院购买社会化服务尚处于起步阶段，实践中，法院购买服务内涵不清、边界不明的问题十分突出，亟待正本清源，推动相关实践深入开展。报告对法院购买社会化服务进行概念辨析，并基于重要性和专业性对法院主要业务事项归纳梳理，在此基础上提出法院购买社会化服务的范围与边界。
<<The purchase of social services by the court is still in its infancy. In practice，the problems of the court's purchase service are not clear and the boundary is unclear. The paper analyzes the concept of social services purchased by the court，and summarizes the main business matters of the court based on the importance and professionalism. On this basis，it puts forward the scope and boundary of the court buying social services.
