Shenzhen is one of the oldest city in china to explore the evaluation after legislation. Over the years，great progress has been made in post legislative evaluation. It has played an important role in improving the quality of legislation and ensuring the rapid development of the economy and society. At present，the post legislative evaluation of Shenzhen mainly includes the professionalism of the evaluation subjects，the rigor of the evaluation procedure，the advanced nature of the work style and the clarity of the evaluation basis. However，Shenzhen's legislative post assessment still has room for improvement in three aspects： subject，procedure and content. The future mechanism of post legislative should be perfected by expanding the diversity of the evaluation subjects，enriching the evaluation system，setting up the linkage mechanism of post legislative evaluation and legislative revision.
