目前，国内大规模推进PPP模式还存在很多制约因素，还缺乏可以快速推进PPP资产证券化的可选合格基础资产。PPP资产证券化本身也存在一些问题和挑战，需要各相关方着力解决。本文提出针对这些问题的政策建议。
