At present，a basic task of the cultivation and practice of socialist core values is how to make the content and spirit of core values universally recognized by the whole society. From the perspective of cultural construction and development，this report analyses the factors that affect the identification of the core values in our country. The survey shows that，through the cultivation and practice of recent years，the identification level of core values has become higher. At the same time，it also shows that most people think “enhancing cultural confidence”，“strengthening supervision for the network and media”，“promoting cultural innovation”，“increasing cultural consumption” and “advancing the construction of enterprise culture” will has a positive impact on the identification of the core values. On the other hand，“cultural management” and “public culture supply” is not so，which shows that there is still a lot of space for the promotion of cultural management and cultural supply. The survey finally suggests that we should enhance the cultural confidence to provide psychological foundation，improve the quality of cultural products to provide good contents and strengthen cultural management to provide institutional guarantee for the identification of the core value.
