2016~2017年,在传统媒体与网络媒体高度融合的背景下,数字技术创新与文化创意成为中国文化国内传播的主要引擎;相关文化法规与政策保障是中国文化国内传播的重要推动力。中国文化国内影响力的整体水平有较大的提升。然而,由于中国文化内涵的丰富性和国家文化发展的转型升级,中国文化的国内传播与影响力也衍生出了新的问题。因此,提升中国文化国内传播与影响力,需加强中国文化的传播内涵,重视文化传播的有效实现和鼓励群众的文化参与。
<<In the past two years,in the context of the integration of traditional media and Internet media,digital technology innovation and cultural creativity have become the main engines of domestic dissemination of Chinese culture. Related cultural regulations and policy guarantees are important thrust force of Chinese culture’s domestic communication. However,due to the richness of Chinese cultural connotation and the transformation and upgrading of the development of national culture,the domestic communication and influence of Chinese culture also faced new problems. Therefore,to enhance the domestic communication and influence of Chinese culture,we should enhance people’s awareness of culture,identity and consciousness,strengthen the connotation of Chinese culture’s dissemination,and attach importance to cultural communication to effectively achieve and encourage people’s cultural participation.
