This paper summarizes the inheritance elements of the dietary intangible cultural heritage，primarily researches on the present inheritance situation of the dietary intangible cultural heritage and analyses the existing limits of the current inheritance，advises the solutions to the single main body，rigid modes，limited methods，etc. To solve the problem of inheritance，it is necessary to clarify the relevant concepts in theory to avoid confusion；in practice，the systematic and dynamic concepts should be strengthened to avoid the complacent and conservative moves.
