<<the culture of Xi’an cuisine has a long history and unfading，especially during the 40 years reform and opening up，the Xi’an catering industry shows the vibrant development potential featured as open，multiple and innovation. In 2017，Xi’an is honored as the International Gourmet City which is given by World Federation of Chinese Catering Industry. The catering industry in Xi’an has boosted its morale. Seizing the opportunity and challenge brought about by this title has helped promote the process of Xi’an’ international metropolis and has become a new chapter in Xi’an’ catering development.
