鲁菜文化源远流长,鲁菜菜品享誉世界。振兴和发展鲁菜,既是弘扬山东省优秀传统文化的迫切要求,也是推动山东社会经济持续健康发展的客观需要。本文从鲁菜特点入手,客观分析了当今鲁菜发展取得的成就和面临的困难,在认真梳理近年来山东各界振兴鲁菜各项举措的基础上,有针对性地提出了促进鲁菜振兴和发展的若干建议。
<<Shandong cuisine can trace back to ancient times,and its dishes enjoy a world-wide reputation. The revitalization and development of Shandong cuisine are both an urgent requirement for the promotion of outstanding traditional culture in Shandong Province and an objective demand for promoting the sustained and healthy development of Shandong’s social economy. This article starts with the characteristics of Shandong cuisine,objectively analyzes the achievements and difficulties faced by the current Shandong cuisine development,and after conscientiously sorting out all the measures taken by Shandong for revitalizing Shandong cuisine in recent years,several suggestions have been made to promote the revitalization and development of Shandong cuisine.
