    地方菜的多重价值与川菜海外发展(2013~2017)

    摘要

    地方菜是各地域文化的重要组成部分及载体,其产业链涵盖一、二、三产业,已成为经济增长助推器、社会和谐重要基石和地域文化与品牌重要标志,在促进区域协调发展、扶贫脱贫、乡村振兴和提升文化自信、对外传播和软实力等方面具有重要作用和多重价值。为此,地方菜的振兴与繁荣发展受到越来越多的重视和推动。近年来,川菜在政府政策措施的支持与引领推动下,除了省内外持续发展外,还通过各种平台和途径大力向海外推广与拓展,在海内外引起极大反响,有效地促进了四川经济、社会、文化和海外知名度、影响力等的极大提升。

    Abstract

    A local cuisine is an important integral part of a regional,which the industrial chain covers the first,second and third industries. It has become the economic booster,the base of social harmony and the significant mark of the regional culture and brand. It plays an important role and has multiple values in promoting the coordinated development of regions,poverty alleviation,rural revitalization,and enhancing cultural self-confidence,external communication,and soft power. Therefore,the revitalization and prosperity of local cuisines have received more and more attention and promotion. In recent years,Sichuan cuisine has been supported and led by government policies and measures,except for sustained development within and outside the province,it also was vigorously promoted and expanded overseas through various platforms and channels. The cuisine has caused great repercussions at home and abroad,and has effectively promoted Sichuan’s economic,social,cultural,and overseas recognition and influence.
