2017年,江苏餐饮业以新思想为指引,以创新为动力,以改革为引擎,不断深化餐饮供给侧结构性改革,加快餐饮业标准化、产业化、国际化进程,全省餐饮经济迈上新台阶,发展质量得到新提升,改革创新展现新活力,转型升级取得新成效。本文根据江苏省统计局和国家统计局数据,分析江苏餐饮业的发展现状、特点,指出存在的主要问题,提出对策和建议。
<<In 2017,the catering industry in Jiangsu was guided by new ideas,with innovation as the driving force and reform as the engine,continuously deepening the structural reforms in the catering supply side,and accelerating the process of standardization,industrialization,and internationalization of the catering industry. The province’s catering economy has reached a new level,the quality of its development has been upgraded,reform and innovation have shown new vigor,and new results have been achieved in transformation and upgrading. Based on the statistics of Jiangsu Statistics Bureau and International Bureau of Statistics,this report analyzes the development status and characteristics of the catering industry in Jiangsu and points out the main problems,and proposes countermeasures and advice.
