In 2017，China’s economy continued to show a trend of stable with good momentum，and Shaanxi Province’s economy also showed a good trend of steady increase，gradual strong. Based on the relevant statistical data of Shaanxi Province in recent years and the investigation of the catering industry in Shaanxi Province，this report analyzes the main development indicators of the catering industry in Shaanxi Province，summarizes the current development characteristics of the catering industry in Shaanxi Province，and predicts the trend of catering industry development of the province.
