    广东餐饮产业发展报告(2015~2020)

    摘要

    广东餐饮市场活跃,竞争激烈,投资结构、运营结构、消费结构正发生着革命性的改变,新型餐饮品类、品牌层出不穷,逐步形成新的餐饮生态格局。可以初步判定,广东餐饮市场业已进入结构性调整的新常态,餐饮企业必须在坚守产业可持续发展和整合共享的新思维指导下,专注自身优势,重新定义、定位自身细分品类,深入探究消费需求,结合跨界资源与文化,着力研究、变革与重构行业新型商业模式,研发具有独特竞争力的产品组合与营销手段;对标行业数据标杆,借助专业评估机构的诊断工具,聚焦自身薄弱领域,勇于将自身短板放给餐饮产业机构做专业外包,让优质模块顺利插入,以期在触底之后创造与把握新的发展机遇。

    Abstract

    Guangdong’s catering market is active and highly competitive. The investment structure,operating structure,and the consumption structure are undergoing revolutionary changes. New types of food and beverage and brands are emerging endlessly. A new catering ecological pattern is forming gradually. It can be preliminarily ascertained that Guangdong’s catering market has entered a new normal state of structural adjustment. Catering enterprises must focus on their own advantages under the guidance of new ideas that adhere to industrial sustainable development and integration and sharing,redefine and position their own sub-categories,and further explore consumers’ demands,combined with cross-border resources and culture,strive to study,interpret and restructure new business models of the industry,develop products mixes and marketing methods which have unique competitiveness;compare with the standard industry data,with the aid of diagnostic tools from professional assessment agencies,focus on their own weak areas,and bravely put their own shortcomings to the catering industry agencies for professional outsourcing. Therefore,the high-quality modules can be cut in smoothly,the business is expected to create and grasp more exciting new development opportunities after hitting the bottom.
