中国进入中国特色社会主义新时代,餐饮业面临新的社会主要矛盾和新的历史使命。餐饮产业作为国民经济中关系民生的基础性消费产业、幸福产业在全面建成社会主义现代化强国的长期进程中,对经济、社会、民生和生态建设都发挥了重要作用。本报告结合2017年中国餐饮产业运行状况,总结了餐饮业在新时代高质量发展的新特征,并提出了餐饮业在消费升级、数字经济、开放包容、绿色生态的新时代发展大势下开启高质量发展新征程的措施。
<<Socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era;the catering industry is facing new major social contradictions and new historical missions. The catering industry,as the basic consumer and happy industry in the people’s livelihood in the national economy,has played an important role in the economic,social,people’s livelihood,and ecological development in the long-term process of building a socialist modernized nation. This report combines the operation status of China’s catering industry in 2017 and summarizes the new characteristics of the high-quality development of the catering industry in the new era. It also put forward the measures for the catering industry to open up a new path of high-quality development in the new era of consumer upgrading,digital economy,openness and inclusiveness,and green ecology.
