This report mainly analyzes the market situation of elderly assistive products in Beijing. The survey shows that the large sales products of elderly aged assistive devices in Beijing are wheelchairs，anti bedsore products，walking sticks，the old age substitute car，toilet chairs and so on，and the sales channels are diversified. The products produced by enterprises in the district of Beijing include wheelchairs，hearing aids，handrails，multifunctional seats，robots，cupping，sphygmom-

anometers，artificial limbs，orthoses，limb trainers，shoes，and insoles. There are some problems，such as the insufficient investment in the overall R & D innovation ability，the big difficulties in the production and operation of the products，the insufficient purchasing power of the old people to the assistive products，and the inadequate supervision and support of the policy to the assistive products in Beijing. Based on this，it is proposed that we should strengthen the propaganda and promotion of the assistive products，improve the policy support system，emphasize the input of scientific research and innovation，satisfy the adaptation requirements of the assistive products，create the humanized assistive products，create the barrier-free environmentl facilities，and develop the renting service of the rehabilitation assistive devices in China.
