The report analyzed the development status of the elderly assistive devices industry in Beijing. Firstly，it described the process of collection and thorough investigation into the Beijing enterprises sample database and the process of supplementing to the sample database for 5 times. Besides，based on the survey，in terms of elderly rehabilitation assistive devices industry in Beijing，it described current enterprise location distribution，business types of enterprises，registered capitals of enterprises，and sustainability of business operation time，and also suggested that there were five problems in industrial development，including small-scale industrial market，less competitive enterprises，low support provided by policies for industrial development，insufficient funds for research and development of industrial innovation and theelderly’less activity in consumption which restricted market development. Finally，it put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the development of the elderly rehabilitation assistive devices industry in Beijing.
