In the past ten years，the housing rental market has developed rapidly in Beijing. It is estimated that 7.6 million people need to rent in Beijing in 2016. This provides a huge room for development for the housing agency industry and provides many job opportunities. Despite the continuous improvement of industry supervision，there are still some persistent problems in the housing rental market that need to be resolved. Drawing lessons from the UK’s regulatory experience，this paper puts forward policy proposals such as the permit mechanism of sharing renting，the third party custody of renting deposit，and the use of drones to investigate and deal with illegal rents.
