Beijing is not the significant economic province，but also the scientific and technologic center of China. Beijing not only has sufficient investment and qualified researchers，but also hold a great number of headquarters of state managed enterprises and foreign enterprisers，which make Beijing to be the best exporter. Unfortunately，Beijing has high adverse balance in foreign trade，and its total export is lower than that of other municipality directly under the central government. Beijing must maintain the channels for the development of small and medium-sized foreign trade company smooth，and rely on listed companies to develop advanced technologies，open up overseas markets，timely release information on famous and special products of Beijing enterprises，and guide foreign trade enterprises to expand their business，and reduce cost of the export commodities through entrusted manufacturing and OEM，and other effective measures to expand its exports，thus play a leading role in Beijing’s export.
