This paper tries to explore and analyze the effect of open ＆ cooperation on improving the economic quality of Sichuan city. First，the paper summarizes how open cooperation can promote the leap-forward development of Sichuan's urban economy from 2010 to 2016. It mainly analyzes the scale structure，efficiency and sustainable development. Then，the paper analyzes the influence of foreign investment and foreign trade on the main indexes of Sichuan's urban economic development by using the grey relational degree method. Third，the paper uses the intensity and intensity structure of urban flow to analyze the open cooperation relationship between Sichuan cities. Finally，the paper provides suggestions for further opening up and improving the quality of Sichuan.
