In 2016，sales of industrial robots in the world set a new record. China had become the world's largest industrial robot market for four consecutive years. The market share of domestic industrial robots had increased significantly，and industrial robots had been widely promoted and applied everywhere. In the area represented by Zhejiang province，the “characteristic town” is taken as an important role to promote the robot industry to be accelerated to the ground. Cross-border cooperation，win-win cooperation and technology integration are still the important trend in the industrial robot industry. Human-computer cooperation and intelligence have become the future direction of industrial robots. The research and development of core technology of leading enterprises in our country has made positive progress. In the future，in order to promote the development of high quality industrial robot，China should optimize public service environment for industrial robot industry，accelerate the breakthrough of core technologies in order to eliminate bottleneck，speed up to promote the deeply integration of robot technology with the next generation of information technology such as artificial intelligence，big data，cloud computing and so on.
