根据《中国科普统计》和《北京科普统计》中的相关数据，对北京市科普人员现状进行分析和评估，得出如下主要结论：（1）科普人员总量不多，但总体素质较高，科普专职人员比例较高，人均拥有科普人员数量居全国前列；（2）女性科普人员占总数一半以上，农村科普人员比例特别低，科普管理人员占科普人员总数比例高于全国平均水平，是全国科普创作人员的主要集中地之一，科普志愿者数量还较少；（3）科普人员各区分布不均匀，主要集中在核心区，越往郊区科普人员越少；（4）科普人员综合发展水平各区差异较大，西城区、东城区和海淀区三区得分位列前三，其余各区得分无明显的地域差异。根据研究和调查分析，提出了促进北京市科普人员发展的7点建议。
<<according to the statistics of science popularization of China and the statistics of the Beijing science popularization statistics，the present situation of the science popularization personnel in Beijing is analyzed and evaluated. The main conclusions are as follows：（1） the science popularization personnel quantity is not much，but the overall quality is higher，full-time science popularization ratio is higher，the per capita has ranked among the top nationally；（2） female science personnel account for more than half of the total，rural popular science personnel is a very small proportion，the proportion of science popularization management personnel is higher than the national average，it is one of the main center of national science popularization creation，the number of volunteers for science popularization is relatively less；（3） the distribution of science popularization personnel is uneven，mainly concentrated in the core area，and the fewer people are in the suburbs，the fewer people are in the field. （4） the science popularization personnel comprehensive development level of regional differs，Xicheng district，Dong Cheng district and Hai Dian district rank in the top three，the rest of the district have no significant regional differences. According to the research and investigation，seven Suggestions for promoting the development of science popularization in Beijing are put forward.
