Science popularization policy is important to guarantee scientific popularization carried out smoothly，and improve citizen's scientific literacy effectively. So establishing and improving science popularization policies and regulations are the need of reality and also inevitable requirement of Rule of Law. This report combed the science popularization policies of Beijing since Reform and Opening Up，and pointed out the existing problems，at last，this report put forward some pertinent policy suggestions.
