The security situation of inbound tourism has improved in 2017，and the overall number of inbound tourism security incidents has decreased. Compared with 2016，losting property and personal disease events of inbound tourism security event types still accounted for larger proportion，and tourists stranded events still occurred in 2017. Areas has widened the scope of the incident，so inbound tourism safety still has big challenges. The reasons for the occurrence of inbound tourism security incidents mainly include personnel，facilities，environment and management. Therefore，inbound tourism safety management should also be started from these four aspects. Looking ahead to 2018，the global tourism promotion，the implementation of One Belt And One Road national strategy，the promotion of international tourism festival，the international meeting and a series of entry and the implementation of the preferential policies will attract more foreign tourists，thus inbound tourism safety regulation will meet more challenges.
