In 2017，the tourism safety production situation of Ningxia was stable and good. Under the strong leadership of the autonomous regional party committee and government，and the specific guidance of the autonomous region safety committee，the major and extraordinarily serious tourism safety accidents in Ningxia were effectively contained，by implementing the responsibility of production safety as the main line，carryiug out the concept of safe development actively，adhering the red line of safety production，agglomerating the power，planning uniformly，checking carefully，governing seriously，consolidating the foundation and strength. In 2018，the tourism industry of the autonomous region would continue to implement the spirit of the party's 19^th Congress and the spirit of the 12^th Party Congress of the autonomous region，promoting the institutionalization of responsibilities，strengthening the responsibility for safe production，fulfilling normalization of law enforcement inspections，strengthening the foundation for safe production，focusing on the informationization of safety management，improving emergency management capabilities，continuing to innovate methods，and improving public safety services. It provides a good environment for the creation of a state of global tourism demonstration area and the promotion of the transformation and upgrading of tourism.
