2017年,我国旅游保险总体发展平稳,出现“互联网+旅游+保险”等诸多创新尝试,表现出旅游保险合作突出、产品类型丰富、销售渠道多样等特点。大数据的应用、全域旅游的推进改变了人们的出游及消费方式,旅游保险迎来创新与变革时期。首先,本文分析了现阶段旅游保险总体发展形势,概括了其总体发展特点,分析了影响我国2018年旅游保险发展的主要因素,进而预测与展望2018年旅游保险发展形势。本文认为,大众旅游时代,旅游保险的发展将突破传统的模式,呈现跨界融合、模式创新的新局面。保险产品需要变革,以适应游客对旅游保险的个性化、灵活化的需求。旅游保险应充分利用大数据互联网平台,实现数据共享、平台共建、联合共治,从而推动我国旅游保险业健康稳定发展。
<<In 2017,the overall development of China's tourism insurance industry is stable. There are many innovations such as “Internet + travel + insurance”. Tourism insurance cooperation is outstanding,product type is rich,sales channel is diverse. The application of big data and the promotion of all-domain tourism changed the way people travel and consume,and tourism insurance has ushered in an era of innovation and change. The paper analyzes the current situation of development of travel insurance in general,generalizes the general development characteristics,analyzes the main factors influencing the development of China's travel insurance in 2018,then forecasts and prospects the development situation of travel insurance in 2018. It is believed that in the age of mass tourism,the development of tourism insurance will break through the traditional patterns and present a new situation of cross-border integration and mode innovation. Insurance products need to be changed to meet the tourists' individualized and fickle demand for travel insurance. Tourism insurance should make full use of the big data and Internet platform to realize data sharing,platform co-construction and joint governance,so as to promote the healthy and stable development of China's tourism insurance industry.
