A comprehensive analysis of the incidents involving social security in the tourism industry and the proposal of governance will contribute to the healthy development of the tourism industry. Using the case analysis method，we found in China the number of security incidents had gradually increased and the situation was not optimistic in 2017；the types of security incidents covered a wide range of areas and the spread of the incident was rapid. The management powers and responsibilities were still unclear and governance needed to be strengthened. In 2017，China's social security incidents involving brigade had obvious spatial and temporal distribution patterns. And personnel，facilities，equipment，environment，and management were the main factors inducing incidents involving social security. Based on the development trend and laws of social security incidents involving travel in 2017，the development trends of social security incidents involving brigade in 2018 are proposed，and the management suggestions for brigade security incidents are proposed for the characteristics and development trends of brigade-related social security incidents. We will increase the ability to prepare for prevention，strengthen the construction of early-warning mechanisms，create a comprehensive governance system，and construct a rapid recovery mechanism.
